In round 5 you have to show us your “switch-skills”. Horsefeathers teamrider Tomas Tuzar out of Czech Republic is submitting the fifth trick and you are pleased to copy it! Switch BS 180° is the call which you should copy on every similar obstacle (kicker, cliff, drop or whatever you can do a Switch BS 180° on/off) on mother earth and with as much style and power as possible. Don´t forget to show your face right into the cam after you did your Switch BS 180°!

Van 1 tot 21 februari vertoeft een delegatie van SCSMAG in de States en Canada. Na enkele weken plannen heeft het reisverloop van onze roadtrip met als einddoel Vancouver en de Olympische Spelen eindelijk een definitieve vorm gekregen. Onze karavaan stopt achtereenvolgens in Summit @ Snoqualmie, Stevens Pass, Mount Baker, Big White en Whistler alvorens een glimp van de Olympische pipe mee te pikken. Om af te sluiten gaan onze boards Mt Seymour en Grouse ook nog onveilig maken. Voor diegenen die een dagelijkse dosis sneeuw nodig hebben, verzorgen we video- en foto-updates over park, poeder en veel meer. Volg ons vanaf 1 februari!

Laax, SUI (Jan. 16th, 2010) – Poland’s Paulina Ligocka (25 years old) and Finland’s Peetu Piiroinen (21 years old) won the 11th Burton European Open halfpipe event today. Each will take home US$ 15.000 in prize-money and also important points towards the BGOS and TTR rankings. Ursina Haller (SUI) and Ilkka-Eemeli Laari (FIN) earned second place and Akiko Miwa (JPN) and Iouri Podladtchikov (SUI) took third place. › Continue reading
